If you revised your search, most of the irrelevant results should be gone.

• Scan the results  looking for highlighted terms (terms from your search strategy) .  Are the terms being used for the concept of interest to you or a different, irrelevant concept?  Sometimes numbers that are present in the CAS registry number will be highlighted, even if these numbers were not responsible for retrieving the record.  Look for other search terms in the record.  Only consider removing a search term containing these numbers from your search strategy if the records in question contain none of your other search terms.
• If a term is being used for another concept, and this is happening frequently; remove the problematic term from the search strategy.  List it under the following heading for removed terms:

A screenshot of the results of the omacetaxine search shows that HHT, a standard abbreviation for homoharringtonine/omacetaxine is also used very frequently for other concepts (like hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia).
