The goal of this resource is to support students in their occupation of learning by discussing evidence-based strategies, that may promote health and well-being and support your learning journey. We hope you have found the strategies in this resource helpful in your learning journey. Whether you are new to your role as a student or are nearing the end of your educational journey, we hope you found the strategies useful. Because this is a free, publicly available online resource, you can return to it anytime you would like to refresh your knowledge or explore the additional suggested learning resources.

We hope you have used the opportunities for reflection and goal-setting in each chapter and section of the manual useful as you consider strategies you can integrate into your daily routine. In the end, we want you to flourish in your role as a student and wish you success as you grow in your professional role.
