  • If you haven’t already done so, click the  desired link under the “Martindale…” heading.
  • Note the navigation panel on the left and the monograph text on the right.

 

You still need to obtain the publisher’s name.   Copyright statements usually include the publisher’s name and are typically located at the bottom of web-based resources.

 

  • Scroll to the bottom of the navigation panel and  to the bottom of the monograph looking for a copyright statement or other note about the publisher.

  • You will find that the copyright is held by —

 

UpToDate, Inc.

 

  • Wolters Kluwer is also listed in the bar at the bottom of the page, on the opposite side from “UpToDate, Inc”.   Wolters Kluwer is a publisher.  In this case, either Wolters Kluwer or UpToDate could be used as the name of the publisher.
