This module will describe the multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting process and the role of a non-discriminatory, multi-factored evaluation that provides meaningful information about a student’s strengths and areas of need. In this module, you will learn:
- The MDT process
- Tips to prepare families to be engaged throughout the process
- Strategies and considerations for leading MDT meetings
- Ways to stay connected with families after the meeting
