The logic model is used in accordance with the planning phase of program development, meaning the intent is to clarify the initiative or program’s strategies, identify targets and outcomes, identify necessary partnerships, and estimate timelines and resources needed for the effort.

IMPACT

10% increase in the # of OTRs practicing in mental and behavioral health areas of practice

Program effectiveness demonstrates need for billable, skilled-OT services and improves reimbursement rates for NE practitioners
