1 Patient Population

Patient Population 

The clinic will serve as a center within the community to provide occupational therapy group services, including health promotion and disease prevention, to adults with mental and behavioral health conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Major Depressive Disorder
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Schizoaffective Disorder
  • Multi-occurring Substance Use Disorders
Admission and Exclusion Criteria 

Those interested in being seen must meet the following criteria:

  • Age 18 or older
  • No health insurance
  • Annual household income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level based on 2024 guidelines.
  • Complete a proof of income application that includes at least one of the following:
    • Current pay stubs for all household incomes
    • Last federal income tax return
    • Documentation of any other income sources or means of support
    • NOTE: Documentation is encouraged but not required to be seen – this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis
