6 Program Evaluation Plan

The focal point of this program evaluation plan is to provide a thorough examination of the program, facilitating evidence-based decision making and fostering continuous improvement. By implementing a strategic framework of evaluation goals and actions, it not only gauges the effectiveness of the clinic’s efforts but also to cultivate a culture of knowledge translation, personal and professional development, and occupation for health.
