Book Title: Element Stories
Book Description: These stories are written by chemistry students and illustrated by art students at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. These are fairy tales, science fiction, and super-hero tales with elements from the periodic table as the protagonists. Students were invited to weave their cultural and/or personal identity into the stories to engage younger students who may not see themselves represented in science.
